The companies of Grupo INSAAT share this notice, and each one is responsible for the data it collects for its brand. For example, if you reserve a house at BELVIEW, the responsible party is Justo Sierra TD.

2. What data we process

Interested in a development	Name, telephone, email, development of interest and preferred time for your visit.
Buyer or investor	The above, plus official ID, CURP (Mexican population registry code), RFC (Mexican tax ID), address, marital status, payment method, mortgage loan and bank details for payments or refunds.
Supplier	Name or company name, RFC, contact information, bank details and tax documents.
Job applicant	Information from your CV: contact details, education and work experience.
Site visitor	This site does not store its own cookies. If it uses analytics cookies in the future, we will ask for your permission with a cookie notice.

We do not request sensitive personal data (health, religion, ethnic origin, sexual preference, political or union affiliation). If an applicant includes such data in their CV on their own initiative, we do not use it.

Your property or financial data (payment method, credit, bank accounts) is processed only with your express consent, which we will request in writing or through a checkbox when you reserve or sign a contract.

3. What we use it for

Necessary purposes (without them we cannot serve you):

Answering your questions, scheduling visits and sending you information about the development you requested.
Quoting, reserving and formalizing the purchase and sale, the construction contract or the investment.
Managing your payments, payment plans, deed signing, delivery, warranty and after-sales service.
Registering and paying suppliers, or evaluating job applicants.
Complying with legal, tax and customer identification obligations, including the Ley Federal para la Prevención e Identificación de Operaciones con Recursos de Procedencia Ilícita (Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illicit Proceeds), which applies to the purchase and sale of real estate.

Additional purposes (you may refuse them without affecting your purchase):

Sending you promotions, pre-sales and news about our developments.
Inviting you to satisfaction surveys.
Publishing your testimonial, name or delivery photograph on our websites and social media, only if you authorize us in writing in each case.

If you do not want us to use your data for the additional purposes, write to us at privacidad@grupoinsaat.com or reply «BAJA» (unsubscribe) on WhatsApp. You may do so at any time.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes. The providers that help us operate (site hosting, email, WhatsApp Business, customer management system) use it only on our behalf and under a duty of confidentiality. For the last two transfers we will ask for your acceptance through a checkbox when you reserve or invest; if you do not check it, we do not share your data with them.

5. How to exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) or revoke your consent

You may access your data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its use, and also revoke the consent you gave us. Send your request to privacidad@grupoinsaat.com with:

Your name and an email or postal address where we can reply.
A copy of your official ID, or that of your representative together with the document that proves such representation.
Which data and which right you wish to exercise, stated clearly.
Any document that helps locate your data (for example, the development and the unit).

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days and, if applicable, we will put it into effect within 15 business days thereafter. Exercising these rights is free of charge; we may only charge for shipping or copy costs. If you believe your request was not properly addressed, you may turn to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance), the authority on personal data protection.

6. Cookies

This site currently does not store its own cookies. If we use analytics cookies in the future, we will ask for your permission with a notice that lets you accept or reject them.

7. Changes to this notice

We will publish any change on this page, with the date of the update at the top. If the change affects purposes or transfers that require your consent, we will ask for it again.
