1. What this site is for

It is an informational site about the developments, services and companies of Grupo INSAAT. Nothing that appears here is a binding offer: only the contract you sign with the company responsible for each development is binding.

2. Prices and availability

Prices are in Mexican pesos and correspond to the current price list for the month indicated. They may change without notice, as may the availability of units. The final price and terms are those set out in the contract.

3. Renders, photographs and areas

Renders and images of developments in pre-sale are illustrative: finishes, furniture, landscaping and surroundings may vary. Areas are approximate; the final figures are stated in the contract and in the deed. Photographs of delivered projects are real.

4. Payment plans and calculations

The examples of payment plans and discounts, including the «Build your plan» calculator, are based on the current price list and are illustrative. They are not an offer, a loan or a formal quote.

5. Investment

The information on investment is not financial advice. Rental income and appreciation are not guaranteed. The private investment fund is governed by its own contract.

6. Reservations

Once ten business days have elapsed from payment of the reservation deposit, it is not refundable in cases of cancellation not attributable to the seller, as stated in the price lists and in the contract.

7. Intellectual property

The INSAAT, DUNAS, BELVIEW, ARCO Residencial, LÖT, SOMUNDY, OBRAA, AMSTEEL and STELKOR trademarks, as well as the texts, plans, renders and photographs on this site, belong to the group companies or to their authors (for example, FotoHaus Mx). They may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Projects for private clients

Projects built for private clients are shown under a code name and without location, with their owners' authorization.

9. Links to other sites

This site may link to third-party sites, such as social media or maps. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

10. Liability

We strive to keep the information complete and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of this site without confirming with an advisor.

11. Consumer protection

Purchase and sale contracts comply with the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (Federal Consumer Protection Law) and NOM-247-SE-2021 (Mexican Official Standard on commercial practices in the marketing of housing).

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico.
